PAX Warranty Info

We purchase our PAX vaporizers from one of PAX Labs, Inc.'s distributors and your purchase is covered by the full manufacturer’s warranty.  If there is ever an issue with your PAX vaporizer you can contact us or PAX directly for service. 

The PAX warranty is as follows:

PAX offers a ten (10) year warranty on PAX 3 vaporizers and a two (2) year warranty on PAX 2 vaporizers from the date of purchase. If a physical defect arises and a claim is received within the Warranty Period, PAX will either (1) Repair the product defect, (2) Offer an exchange, or (3) Refund the purchase price of the product.
