We’ve been waiting, just like everyone else, for our Boundless CFCs and I finally got my hands on one! We wanted to get you our first thoughts and will have a full on review coming up soon.
Vaporizers keep getting better and cheaper, and the team at Boundless has pushed the envelope once again with the CFC. At first rip, I can say the CFC delivers the thickest clouds from a vape at the $90 price point I’ve tried (which are a lot of vapes….a lot). Not to mention they packed all those thick clouds into a ultra small and stylish portable.
We think the Boundless CFC is going to be a big hit with those making the switch from combusting because it gives big, satisfying hits without breaking the bank to give vaping a try.

You wanted clouds, right?
The CFC delivers here. I was getting good clouds from 390° F on up, and was fogging up the room at 446° F! Standard techniques work here, so just pack it tight, use a slow draw and enjoy the ride.
The CFC can get up to top speed in 30 seconds and to 390° F in 23 seconds, so you’re not wasting your time waiting around. A lot of conduction vapes need some extra time to heat soak, and this one is no different, but I only needed an extra 10 seconds and one or two pulls to get the thick vapor flowing.
Size and temp control
With full digital temperature control and coming in at just under 5 in. tall and 1.5 in. wide, the CFC is about the same size as the G Pen Elite and a little bigger than the Pax 3, so it leaves plenty of room in your pockets for other stuff.
The CFC is advertised as being able to do 12 to 15 sessions on a single charge, and our unit got 12 sessions (or 60 minutes of continuous run time) at 390° F before conking out.
This is still great battery life for an ultraportable and should get you through the day. Just so we are all on the same page, we define a session as one heating cycle until it auto-shuts down, or five minutes long.
Sum it up
At this price point, color me impressed. For $90 I expected a vape that worked, but delivered harsh vapor. Instead, the CFC gives comfortable clouds from a small form factor with full digital temperature control. It’s not without flaws such as average taste, a mouthpiece that feels like it might come off unexpectedly (but to be fair, hasn’t yet!), and a hot spot where the oven is.
In a world where you get what you pay for, the CFC doesn’t ask for much and gives you more back!
