This means that if you are not satisfied with your purchase, and you placed an order between November 25th and January 1st, you will have until January 15th to reach out to us and initiate a return for an exchange, store credit, or a full refund!
We have extended this guarantee to ensure that you and your loved ones are satisfied with your purchase.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, and you placed your order between November 25th and January 1st, you can return your vaporizer, even if used, for a full refund, store credit, or for an exchange to an entirely different vaporizer until January 15th. This is a holiday extension from our normal 14 Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

As Black Friday is one of our biggest sales of the year, we try to offer the best prices we possibly can! We work closely with the manufacturers to offer great discounts, for a limited time.
To allow this time to be special, as well as staying within the pricing guidelines set forth by our manufacturers, we cannot offer these prices on previous purchases.
Due to measures to protect the safety of our warehouse employees and shipping partners, there may be delays in the processing and delivery of your order.
We are updating you with any shipping delays every day here. This is the best place to go if you have any questions on if orders are taking longer to shipping, tracking to scan or orders to deliver.
We are shipping all vaporizers via USPS Priority Mail and accessories ship either via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail. We have been watching tracking and we are noticing that vapes are experiencing delays and taking longer than expected. The shipping time is provided by the shipping carrier and not guaranteed.
We ship via Fedex, UPS and USPS. Packages generally arrive within the above time frame, but we are not responsible for carrier delays. If you paid extra for shipping and your package does not arrive within the guaranteed time frame, we will issue you a shipping refund.
This is the busiest time of the year for shipping carriers and with COVID, we are expecting delays, so please be patient. This is out of our control and your order will arrive or we will re-ship.
We strive to ship all orders received before 1 PM (EST) the same day. We ship from our warehouses in PA and NV and, depending on our inventory, we ship from the closest location to you. Orders not shipped the same day will be shipped the following (business) day. We will contact you if for some reason there are any delays.
We ship weekdays, Monday-Friday. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday, or on any USPS holidays. Orders received after 1 PM Friday - Sunday will ship on the following Monday, unless it’s a holiday.

While the Holiday Season is wonderful, the volume of packages can also cause delays in the scanning of your shipment. Currently, shipping carriers are taking longer to activate and update tracking numbers.
The e-mail you received with the tracking number was generated after the label was created. Rest assured that your package is on its way. We appreciate your patience - please allow up to 3 business days for the tracking to be active.
These next few weeks are the busiest shipping time of the year, and there's a chance you might experience some delays in the processing of orders due to the larger volume of orders during the Holiday Season. We take our shipment commitments very seriously and are working diligently to ship orders out on time, per our shipping policy.
In the past, we have seen carriers get overwhelmed with the increase in packages and experience delays in delivery times. We have taken this into consideration, and are working with our warehouse and different carriers in hopes of faster shipping.
Your order could take longer to process due to the high volume of orders during the Holiday Season, as well as COVID-related shipping delays experienced by our carriers.
Currently, we ship to the US through our US website and to Canada through our Canada website.
We also offer international shipping in selected countries. Please select your country at checkout for pricing and availability.
