We want you to be more than happy with your purchase from Planet of the Vapes, we want you to be thrilled! If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your purchased items, even if used, for a full refund or store credit within 14 days.
Unopened, unused merchandise can be returned within 30 days.

Everything we sell on PlanetoftheVapes.com is Tested And Selected™ by the POTV team. We only carry quality vaporizers, grinders and accessories. We have built the POTV team to be absolutely focused on customer service and customer satisfaction. If there is ever a problem after the 14 day return period, your item is covered under warranty. Planet of the Vapes will pay shipping both ways on any warranty issues for US customers.

The bold print
- Return your purchase, for any reason, within 14 days of delivery date for a full refund.
- We reserve the right to limit the number of vaporizers returned by a customer under the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee after returning 2 or more vaporizers for full refunds.
- Unopened, unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery date.
Returns must include all of items that were originally in the delivered package including, but not limited to, accessories, power cables and bonus items. We do not need the packaging or shipping box if they are no longer usable or available.
YOU MUST CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING ANY ITEMS
- Our return facility is in a separate location than our shipping warehouses. Our shipping warehouses cannot accept any returns.
- If the returned shipment is missing any items, we will deduct the price of these from your refund or credit. If you would like to keep the bonus items we included with your order the cost is $10 for the grinder and tightvac and $4 for the Acrylic grinder.
- The returned items must be in working condition. If they are not working because of a manufacturer's issue, the item is covered by warranty, which we can take care of. If a unit is broken or damaged because it fell off the roof, into the pool and then the dog chewed on it, it is not eligible for return under warranty or our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
- You are responsible to pay return shipping on items returned under the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We are happy to create a shipping label for you in this case, but the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Again with any warranty issues, Planet of the Vapes will pay shipping both ways for US customers.
- You will be refunded the price that you paid for the items purchased. If you chose an expedited shipping option, we do not refund the additional shipping fee. If you chose the free shipping option, don’t worry, we cover the shipping cost ourselves and you receive a full refund.
We only accept unopened, unused merchandise for return on orders placed from outside the US. Sorry, international family. It's a little complicated, but we are working on extending this policy to you as well.
Make sure that you want the item that you are purchasing because you can’t return it after it’s been used. Return requests must be made within 30 days of the item being delivered. We will refund you for the price of the item. We do not refund the shipping cost that you paid and we do not pay for return shipping. We will only refund you if the item is delivered to our return center. If for any reason the package is not delivered to us, we cannot refund you.
