Got a 2020M tip instead of this which works well but it gets nowhere trying to get it corrected with customer service. Pretty disappointing.

Got the wrong tip
Great service and received my tip with a BB9 and captive cap. However after a couple bowls I noticed I received the 2020M tip and not the 2021M tip.
