Free shipping policy
Planet of the Vapes offers free shipping on all orders over $25.00 within the United States.
Portable vaporizers and most accessories are shipped with 1-3 business day (1st class) shipping. Larger (desktop) vaporizers are shipped with 1-5 day service. We ship via Fedex, UPS and USPS. Packages generally arrive within this time frame, but we are not responsible for carrier delays. If you paid extra for shipping we will issue you a shipping refund if your package does not arrive within the guaranteed time frame.
We strive to get all orders received before 1 PM (EST) shipped out the same day. We ship from our warehouses in PA and NV and depending on our inventory, we ship from the closest location to you. Orders not shipped same day will be shipped the following (business) day. We will contact you if for some reason there are any delays. We ship weekdays, Monday-Friday. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday or on any USPS holidays. Orders received after 1 PM Friday - Sunday will ship on the following Monday, assuming Monday is not a holiday.
Please Note: tracking numbers are not active until the shipping provider scans the package. This may be as late as 7 or 8 PM.
Overnight shipping: Orders placed before 1 PM (EST) will deliver on the next business day. Please note that weekends and holidays are not business days. For example, if your order ships on Friday via Overnight shipping your order will be delivered on Monday assuming Monday is not a holiday. If Monday is a holiday your package will arrive on Tuesday.
What do I do if my package is lost?
If a package is not delivered, please call your local post office or UPS or Fedex store for immediate assistance with your package. We ask that before contacting Planet of the Vapes, you make a claim by calling 1-800-ASK-USPS, 1.800.GoFedEx, or 1-800-PICK-UPS. Please include the claim number when contacting us via email@example.com
What if my package is damaged?
If you discover that your package is damaged after it is delivered, please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note: damaged or missing merchandise must be reported to us within 72 hours of the date of delivery. Failure to do so may result in the claim being denied by the shipping carrier and exclusion from our return/exchange policy. Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding our policies.
Can I change my delivery address after my order has been shipped?
No, not if you have received your tracking information by email. All orders placed before 1pm, ET will ship same day. Orders placed after 1pm ET will ship the next business day. If you have not received a tracking number, we will do our best to accommodate any changes to your order but we can not guarantee changes can always be made.
