We ship all vaporizers via USPS Priority Mail, and accessories ship either via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail. We have been watching tracking, noticing that vapes are experiencing delays and taking longer than expected. The shipping time is provided by the shipping carrier and is not guaranteed.

We strive to ship all orders received before 1 PM (EST) the same day. We ship from our warehouses in PA and NV and depending on our inventory, we ship from the closest location to you. Orders not shipped the same day will be shipped the following (business) day. We will contact you if, for some reason, there are any delays.

We ship week days, Monday-Friday. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday or on any USPS holidays. Orders received after 1 PM Friday - Sunday will ship on the following Monday unless it’s a holiday.

While the Holiday Season is wonderful, the volume of packages can also cause delays in scanning your shipment. Currently, shipping carriers are taking longer to activate and update tracking numbers.

The e-mail you received with the tracking number was generated after the label was created. Rest assured that your package is on its way. We appreciate your patience - please allow up to 3 business days for the tracking to be active.

These next few weeks are the busiest shipping time of the year, and there's a chance you might experience some delays in processing orders due to the larger volume of orders during the Holiday Season. We take our shipment commitments very seriously and work diligently to ship orders out on time, per our shipping policy.

In the past, we have seen carriers get overwhelmed with the increase in packages and experience delays in delivery times. We have taken this into consideration and are working with our warehouse and different carriers in hopes of faster shipping.

Due to a recent regulation- the Pact Act, we have had to shift our shop to dry herb vaporizers only.

At this time, we will not be able to provide any products related to liquids or concentrates. We understand that this may be frustrating, which is why we are working towards new solutions to be able to provide these products again in the future.

We are so sorry for this news, but due to regulatory reasons and a recent increase in excise taxes, we have had to pause on shipping all products to the states of Nevada and Massachusetts.
