Been a Pulsar user for many years, but they lost quality. The Pax Plus is great! large oven, easy to clean, awesome hits! Highly advise the dosing pods to go with it!
United StatesCan’t Controll the temperature.
I’ve used the Pax products for years! I’ve been very disappointed with both new products. I received the smaller one as a warranty replacement from pax. The one temperature was scorching. I reached out to Pax, and they explained that It needed to be super packed but that only scorched more, faster. I decided to purchase the Pax plus. Again very disappointed. The preset temperatures are either not hot enough 1 petal, or second pedal gets so hot it scorches. There really doesn’t seem to be much regulation in the temperature. I’m currently looking for a replacement for both of these.

United StatesNot Enjoying the "Experience Modes"
This is a review for a replacement that PAX sent me for my four-year old PAX 3 that finally died (would no longer charge). I will say, that in my experience, PAX took my warranty claim seriously and processed this replacement in record time. From service ticket to replacement received in less than a week, which I'm truly grateful for. A+ service from PAX! Having said that, I am not enjoying this PAX Plus nearly as much as I did the PAX 3, mainly for the reason that there is no longer bluetooth connectivity and thus you cannot get precise temp control via app. What you get instead are "experience modes" of which (for my taste), the lowest setting is too low, and the next petal up is too ****. Its caused me to cough heinously each time I vape with it. I've taken to switching between the two to try to achieve something resembling the experience of the PAX 3, but I'm really not digging it. I plan to soon purchase a POTV Lobo or a Crafty+ so that I can again control and enjoy my sessions.
