First one sent did not fit, too big. Second one sent, WAS EVEN BIGGER! Causing the top lid of the Sticky Brick Jr to not be able to fully shut close. After requesting a refund, they insisted to give them a final chance. The third one finally allowed for the top lid to close but it is an EXTREMELY tight fit, rotating the glass requires some strength. And I’m no small person. I have a feeling this mouthpiece will not last and/or I am going to break it off trying to twist it every use. Hopefully nobody hurts themselves using it. I was expecting some sort of compensation for all this inconvenience but I did not receive anything. Overall, not satisfied. But thank you for the good customer service , that was great.

United StatesThis Glass Piece Incompatible with Sticky Brick
I read the only review from November 2021 on this product page and saw that they were sent out a bad glass piece. Naively of me, I'd assumed that they fixed this issue for customers and everything had been resolved until I too was shipped out a bad, malfunctioning piece from that same bad batch for my Sticky Brick over 7 Months later. Displeased at the moment but I'm positive this will be resolved for me soon enough. Hopefully whoever is reading this review next won't have to deal with this issue.
