You will need your device’s serial number to be eligible for warranty work. This can be located on the bottom of the box and the base of the Air SE. The top cap can be twisted off and taken off. This will expose the back of the battery cover. Push from the top of the battery cover until it is slightly out. Then, use both thumbs to push the cover off. Hope this helped. Excellent product. 5/5.

Don’t buy this vape unless you have the strongest hands, I’ve tried to open it until the skin of my thumb ripped open. It’s seriously no joke, this thing is impossible to remove.

Got this vape because it was so cheap and love it. I'd always wanted an Arizer vape but felt like they were a little too expensive, so when I saw the price for this vape I pulled the trigger and haven't been disappointed. Flavor is great. Super easy to load, unload, and clean. Battery life is pretty good, better than any other vape I've had. Plus the translucent plastic looks great.
