Favorite discrete vape , silicone tore slightly removing metal screen for cleaning .

Bought 2 new accessory attachment/stem for my POTV ONE … only issue is neither one stays on the unit after snapping it into place. I’ve tried several pieces, silicone rings, etc in various combos and basically none of those pieces will stay seated, they just pop off by themselves. I’ve worked around it with tape and rubber bands, but I think my vape case has warped just enough so it’s no longer a good fit. It’s been a great little unit, but will have to replace when I can afford a new vape. Only major issues are breaking the glass stems. They seem to break on me if I look at them funny.

I bang this part after each use to clean the screen and it was PUNISHED. It lasted two years of abuse, I don’t mind replacing it.

For $99 I didn't have super **** expectations and I'd say it's fine for that price point, but I've already had the mouthpiece break and POTV sent out a replacement, but I had it two days when it did this. Battery life sucks, you can't charge it and use it while plugged in. The heating element is good.

Hi Adam, Your ONE is covered with a full two-year warranty, so please know that we will replace your vape for you if ever needed during that time frame. In regards to the battery life, for us to keep the footprint as small as it is, we needed to use a very small battery on our ONE. With that said, you should be getting about 30 to 40 minutes of runtime at medium vape temps of 375F or less. If you are not getting that runtime, please contact me in the ticket that we current have open so that we can address this for you. With best regards, Larry
