Inaccurate

The brush shown In the picture was not what i had received in the mail what came in was some type of small steel wool

Not as pictured

I didn’t get the brush pictured, instead I got a metal brush and insulin needles ¿? It doesn’t come with any kind of Instructions so I don’t know what I am supposed to do with the needles.
