I bought a gift card to buy a vape and my vape purchase never went through. So I asked them to refund me the amount that I bought the gift cards for but in the credit card that I used for the remaining amount of the purchase since I don't have the disposable visa gift cards that I used to purchase their store gift card. The audacity to ask me to review my purchase is a little bit much after they took my $100.00. The only reason that I never got to purchase the vape that I wanted was they couldn't attach my credit card to my email and phone number--which is insane because I literally went to my account details and took screenshots of it to prove that I own the card. After that, they want proof of address, which I also gave. But even after that, never got my vape and lost $100.00 during the process. And now they wanted a review. Absolutely ridiculous!

Hi Arbaina, I am so sorry about all this. We instituted a fraud detection system about a year and a half ago. The algorithms that are used by the company that we hired to do this for us are pretty comprehensive. If they refuse to let a sale go through, we have no choice but to follow suit which is in the best interest of both of our companies. With that said, mistakes can happen and if that is the case here, I am truly sorry. You did not lose 100.00. The refund for both of those gift cards was processed on April 18th.
