Charge cord

Proved my Max 2 Battery is dead. Went to charge it. Not a single light came on. I believe my battery is completely dead.

Burned wire replacement

Have not used the new cord that I purchased to replaced the damaged one, cause of damage was short in Xmax one Per PT feedback. Not using any of the items I have purchased.

Planet Of The Vapes

Hi Saeid, A few things to clarify here. We don't know if the problem with your cord was caused by a short in your Starry. Typically, the protection circuitry would shut the vape down due to a short. It could have easily been caused by a faulty cord, or the power supply it was plugged into. Your Starry comes with a one-year warranty but at 18 months out, we are 6 months outside of that warranty window. We wanted to continue to try to find a solution for you but your last post stated, "no more back and forth." so we closed out the ticket as per your request.
