Original replacement part
This product replaces the original potpourri dish that comes with either the XQ2, Extreme Q, or the V-Tower vaporizer.
Not to be used with the Whip or Balloon
The dish is intended solely for creating aromas to diffuse in a room. It cannot be connected to any balloons or tubing, but it can produce aroma-therapeutic blends to mask unpleasant odors and freshen up a room.

First, the vaporizer works great, both whip and balloons. Very pleased with it. I came with a full suite of accessories. Even though it was all well packed, the Potpourri dish was broken. An email and pic later, they promptly sent a replacement. Very happy with both the product and the service. BTW since then I've been back for additional supplies. Gotta have a few balloons etc. available when friends come over.

Truth be told, i haven't used it yet... I am in transition between homes and haven't tried it... I expect it to be up to the standard of excellence of all the other products i ordered... the original was in 2 pieces , i sent a picture and it was replaced with no hassles... Superior service is always worth more than 5 stars ...give them 6 Stars in my book...
