Best grinder you can find

Had my item for less than a month before the screw threads became gunked up, and I cannot access the pollen tray. Would have considered it user error, but the grinding portion also became too difficult to operate after just a few days. I cleaned the rim of the grinding area frequently, but still experienced difficulty turning the top shortly after cleaning. Disappointed that I paid so much for what is now a paperweight.
