Let's review the products and not the mailing or missing pieces. The actual mouthpiece works great, it's got some weight to it and works as it should with the Xmax Pro v3. Plenty of clouds with or without a water piece.

This is a great upgrade for the V3Pro. Unlike the V2Pro's original top/mouthpiece, this is a solid metal frame with a magnetic attachment. This also makes the incorporated stir tool metal. The original is plastic and will melt if you use it while the oven is hot!!! The glass and screen are held by the same familiar silicon material as the original top. The screen isn't held very tight and can come out easily if trying to blow herb off of it reverse through the mouthpiece. Only for that, I'd say 4.5☆, because this is a solid upgrade. JD
