United StatesPlastic melts with heat.
I bought 2 over a year. Both have melted and become unusable. Not to mention the taste of plastic being present when using the XMAX. After contacting POTV about my concerns of toxic vapors being released, I was contacted by MIKE. A vape "expert" who couldn't tell the difference between this plastic tip. And the tip that comes with the unit. It took 3 days of emails for Mike to finally tell me, to just buy a replacement that's almost 3x the price. Because the plastic didn't melt within 14 days, no refunds. If you are aware that heat can cause plastic to release toxic chemicals, and you are knowingly selling this... and using quotations to say that these things "might" or "could" happen without ANY explicit warning on the product page, i think that's irresponsible and you can seriously harm someone's health with these if the melting issue isn't addressed. Curious to see if my review is even posted. I'll take this to reddit where I am a member of several vaporent subs if these issues aren't met publicly.

With that said, out of the thousands of V3 Pro's that have been purchased over the years, we have seen less than a handful of these issues arise and they have all been rectified by informing our customers not to clean these mouthpieces with alcohol, but rather just warm water with a mild grease-cutting dishwashing detergent such as Dawn. I've already got two of these broken from light use, no drops, no falls, and they just broke inside at the area that holds the magnet. Overall bad experience, any better solutions for Xmax v3?
