I am so sorry about this, Ryan. I see that you have been working with Ashis on this and that we have sent you a replacement. It's on the way. When you get your new mouthpiece, make sure not to expose it to alcohol. Use warm water and a mild grease-cutting dishwashing detergent such as Dawn. Alcohol does not play well with either silicone or plastic, with the exception of Peek, which is used in the Crafty, Mighty and Venty. Happy Holidays to you. Take care, Larry

Cools as well as the dimpled glass mouthpiece but even though it's shorter (easier to pocket) it doesn't stay in place as well as the glass adapter which is metal
