A clean Venty vaporizer is a happy Venty. A regular cleanse keeps your sessions fresh and your vape performing the way it should. Follow along to get your vape back to like-new condition.

What you'll need
- A few cotton swabs
- Isopropyl alcohol
- Cleaning wipes (optional)
- A container for soaking
Disassemble the cooling unit
First, pull the mouthpiece out of its socket. Rotate it out, and then pull it out like you’re peeling it away from the vape.
Next, use the end of the mouthpiece to rotate the S&B logo cap lock 90 degrees counterclockwise to unlock the two halves of the cooling unit. The line should point towards the mouthpiece hole.
The cooling unit is now ready to split apart. Keep the bottom half attached to the vape while you do this. Grip the top half and pull it up and off the bottom half. It may take some effort if your vape is particularly dirty. If it feels stuck, run an empty session at the highest temperature and take a couple of pulls to loosen up any residue inside.
Remove the screen inside the cooling unit and set it aside.
Take the stir tool and insert it inside the small notch along the side to remove the o-ring from the bottom half of the cooling unit. Remove the o-ring from the mouthpiece as well.
Finally, with the two halves separated, remove the bottom half from the vape, then push the bottom screen out of the top inlet hole and set it aside. A cotton swab works perfectly for this.
Soak the cooling unit pieces, rinse the o-rings
Fill your container with isopropyl alcohol and soak everything but the o-rings for 30 minutes.
We suggest you don’t soak the o-rings to prevent degradation. Give them a thorough rinse in warm, soapy water, and they should be good to go.
Once everything is clean, rinse the iso-soaked pieces under warm water and set them out on a paper towel to dry.
Clean the oven
While everything is soaking, dip a cotton swab in isopropyl alcohol and wipe down the inside of the oven. Hold your Venty upside down while you do this to protect the electronics from any drips. The POTV Cleaning Wipes work great here, too.
Reassemble
Once all the pieces are fully dry, put everything back together. Reattach the o-rings, insert the screens, press the two halves of the cooling unit together, turn the cap lock 90 degrees clockwise to lock it into place, and push the mouthpiece back into its socket.
Run a burnoff
Set the Venty to its highest temperature setting and run a full session until it shuts off. This burns off any leftover residue before your next session.
Tips for a cleaner vape
Brush out the oven after each session while it's still warm. Most of the buildup happens as herbs cool down and stick to the sides. Make this a habit, and you'll go a lot longer between deep cleans.
