The Arizer Air is an amazingly efficient and easy to operate vaporizer, with a foolproof design. You get great results, no matter the amount of material you decide to use or your experience level. A great vape for the experienced vaporist or a first time user looking for a high quality vaporizer.
The Air features a unique combination of convection and conduction heating utilizing a high quality ceramic element with 5 pre-set and optimized, temperature settings. This gives a nearly desktop quality experience in a portable package with a heat up time of about 1- 2 minutes. The Air is well insulated and the body keeps cool.
Arizer Air temperature levels:
- Level 1 (Blue) - 180°C / 356°F

Black stem with glass piece
We love the Arizer. However the 2 part stem breaks easily when trying to remove the top from the glass. It happened a few times. We would appreciate if you sent us a couple of single stems on the house being we are long time customers . Aside from that we are happy with the purchase
Hi Aaron, Really sorry to hear about what's going on with those stems. The breakage is more than likely due to resin buildup. In the future, please heat up those stems to vaping temps by drawing warm air though them without any herbs in the stem to help loosen things up before trying to remove the tip. Great device with a small learning curve for beginners
Fantastic device, bit of a learning curve. Took me about a week of research but it's now awesome. Great for beginners to vaping as you learn a lot through the process about what you like and dislike. If you're having trouble getting decent hits try these things: 1) draw slower, don't slam it, sip it like you would a thickish milkshake until you feel a tickle in your throat then maintain that suction for about 10 sec for a nice smooth big hit. I almost never cough with this thing and I'm a huge *****. 2) pack heavier bowls. Use a screen at the base of your bowl, then pack the bowl by ******* up **** like a straw till it's overstuffed then tamp it down until it's not hanging over the lip. It's pretty hard to overfill this thing and it'll give you massive clouds if you care about that sort of thing. 3) Insert the stem all the way but if you find yourself not getting enough air flow, lift it just a tiny, tiny bit. You shouldn't need to until towards the end of the bowl at high heats and even then it's not necessary, it'll just give you more vapor. Lastly, Google is your friend and Reddit is her weird assistant. Search your problem and add Reddit at the end and 9/10 you'll find the perfect solution.
Good but has a problem
This unit worked great for me for just over 2 years, at which point the warranty was no longer valid and the unit stopped working (it shuts itself off after only a few seconds). I looked up the issue online and apparently there is no fix, and the customer support was zero help (other than offering to take a look at it for $30 with no guarantees of fixing it). If you're ok rolling the dice that this known issue won't happen to you, go for it, this unit worked wonderfully for me for 2+ years.

In regards to you contacting customer support, I believe that your experience was with Arizer themselves rather than with us being that we would never charge $30.00 to evaluate your vape for you. I also don't see an order number attached to this so you may have purchased your Air elsewhere but I'm going to create a service ticket for you right now to see if there is anything that we can do to help you out. I’ve used an Arizer Air for 2 years, and has lots of great qualities: - extremely well built and designed. - Small and sleek, easy to learn and use. - runs cool — unlike cheaper vapes. - No plastic in the airway - uses glass (silica) stems, easily replaceable (if you’re as clumsy with them as I was for a while) - Very easy to clean. - Replaceable battery. - Short airway but still a smooth, cool delivery. - Three temperature choices (I go for the middle one) Con: Admittedly, I’ve used it regularly for 2 years (and bought it from another vendor, too) but the charging got funky a few weeks ago - it’s as if it has to be in the perfect position to charge, kind of pulled to the right. So the pluses definitely outweigh the minuses. And POTV has it at a great price.

Battery doesn’t last long enough
The battery doesn’t last long enough I believe that it should have been stated that it only last one hour as I can’t take it out of the house for like canoe rides long walks I already have a large vape that I keep at home I wanted one to take out and it doesn’t heat up fast at all

We do have a 14 Satisfaction Guarantee that states, that if for ANY reason you are not happy with your vape during that 14 day window (from date of delivery), even if it's used, we will either exchange it for any other vape we carry or offer you a full refund with no restocking fee for all orders placed in the US..
