Warranty & Return policy

We are authorized dealers of the Crafty Plus vaporizer, which means you’ll receive a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects (register through S&B). You will need your device’s serial number to be eligible for warranty work. This can be located on a sticker on the back of the box and on the base of the Crafty+. As with Everything purchased from Planet Of The Vapes, you are also covered by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

We do not accept used accessories returned on their own. However, your items are eligible for return through our 30-day policy if they are unused and unopened.
