Hi Margaret, Try reversing the silicone gaskets. That can help. Also, this just came in from another customer who had the same issue. This may help with yours: "To seat it firmly, I press down hard with finger or palm as I quickly twist the piece back and forth - Just slight fast twists with pressure - When you spin the piece back to close, repeat the process - When I first got it, I hesitated to travel with it - Now I'm fairly confident. And if I do lose it I can always get a replacement from Planet Of The Vapes !" With best regards, Larry

The titanium mouthpiece is great but the silicone gasket doesn’t really fit. I hope there are replacements available. I have already worn out the first one. The creator should fine tune this part.
