This Water Pipe Adapter is manufactured by Delta 3D Studios and is designed to fit the PAX 2 and PAX 3 Vaporizer without a mouthpiece. It can also fit over a flared mouthpiece. This adapter is compatible with both 14mm and 18mm female water pipes / bubblers. Using a water pipe adapter and hooking your vaporizer to a bong is the most instantaneous way for you to significantly enhance your vaping experience. You may clean this product with any conventional glass cleaning method, such as with isopropyl alcohol, PBW, and hot water.
The Pax Got Even Better
This WPA is great for small rig type pieces with the use of boost mode. Best investment I’ve made for the Pax 3 hands down. My only complaint is that you have to wait in between draws in order to produce decent vapor.
Pros: Fits onto PAX 3, works as a conduit between PAX 3 and glassware. It works, I like it. It makes me “happy”. Cons: No button on adapter, must be taken on and off to power up PAX3 or shut it down. It fits a little loose. This has two effects: 1) Vape will escape between the adapter and PAX3 body. A tiny bit not a lot. More like a little smell leaks. 2). PAX sipping technology is based on solid seals so it can sense air movement. Because this adapter is loose sipping does not work. The stove will warm, you’ll get your hit(s), the pax will turn off. At this point you need to take off the adapter, push the power button, put adapter back on, then hit when ready. Rinse & Repeat until properly baked. 5 stars would mean button on adapter, and better fitting.
Get the glass adapter instead. Poorly designed. Moves around while using. It attacks so much dust and debris. The draw is awful. Not sure if it blocks the vape or not.
Hi Noah, It is a bit of a dust magnet. Are you not getting any draw at all? Creating a service ticket for you now to discuss. With best regards, Larry
Yeah its fraking awesome
It's pretty sweet. I think this is essential for the Pax. It makes the vapor way less harsh. Some people online had mentioned that it may interfere with the lip sensor and it wouldn't heat up properly but I haven't had any problems. The only annoying part is not being able to turn the Pax on with the adapter on it but it's not that big of a deal.
Completely changed how I use my Pax.
I use my Pax almost exclusively with this on a bubbler and it's gone from a cool vape I get to every now and then to pretty much my main set up. The Pax was made for this piece. Vaping through water is my new favorite thing.
