Having to replace battery 3 months in and I'm not a heavy user. Battery will be placed on charger and it will show fully charged but I will take it off the charger and it will show 1 percent charger. :( disappointing

I purchased additional batteries as my unit wasn't working. Unfortunately I found out it was the unit itself that wasn't working. Now I have extra batteries that I purchased & do not need. Furthermore, the warranty process to address the issue with the Lobo is terrible for the customer. I've sent the unit back & have not heard anything further. This will be the last thing I order from POTV. Given I've ordered at least 4 vapes from you over the past several years, this is how you loose a repeat customer.
