It's handy, especially if you have friends who may want to share from your device and can have their own piece lol. It provides cooler vapor but you have to draw from it longer. Most folks get it because they find it easier to use than the stock stem, but honestly, learning to use either just takes a bit of practice. I use the SBJ as a desktop vape, but I lay it on its side, esp with this mouthpiece because I fear that it just falling over would crack the stem.
