Warranty
We're authorized retailers of the Volcano Hybrid vaporizer, and you’re backed by a two-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects (extendable to three with registration through S&B). You will need your device’s serial number to be eligible for warranty work. This can be located on a sticker on the back of the box and on the base of the Volcano Hybrid. As with all vaporizers purchased from Planet Of The Vapes, you're also covered by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
Any accessories that have been used with the bundle can also be returned, but only with the vaporizer. We do not accept used accessories to be returned on their own. Any unopened and unused items are also covered by our 30-day return policy.

I am hoping for the longevity of this device. It certainly looks like something built to last the materials are no joke. It is made well, as one would hope it would be. I am concerned about the choice of a touch screen type of button for the device. It is responsive. If it is a membrane then those do have a fault for many devices like washer / driers and stovetops etc. They can become unresponsive making the device reach EOL and entropy much faster. I love the form and functions OOB. Whenever I spend over $250 I begin to ask, how long? This review is therefore about materials and possible failures. New, everything is fantastic and I have no doubt for the Warranty period. How about 10 or 15 years? It is a pump, and a heating element. If the buttons stop responding, will the App work? Does it have to call out to AWS / cloud paid and maintained by S&B? Or might I download the app not updated in 12 years and use it without a server. App to device. Will the App at least have a new release if something in a new version of Android breaks the current code? This is what I ask at this price point. If you buy a stovetop you will hope it will last 15 or 20 years. A 5 or even 10 year warranty is common. For this it is Three. They only design this device to for sure last backing it up with expense they will incur, for 3 years. I would like to see that increased for this price point. This is closer to being an appliance then a novelty and luxury item. A BMW with a 3 year warranty would cause me to walk off the lot, laughing at the sales person. I appreciate the company S&B and some of the products purchased from them are coming up on 3 years of life. I have been very gentle with them. So far so good for the OG Mighty. Now for the latest Desktop purchase. I am happy, very happy my first week with this device. The app has a couple bugs but nothing one can not work around. It is very functional, not a gimmick. You do not need to provide email. The serial number is to prevent BT hacking and is a good idea. The location access permission is a bit of a concern but that is how AOSP decided to handle a BT handshake, must allow geolocation. Thats an argument with ABC inc. not S&B. For reviews that mention Vapor, the functions, thermodynamics, usage, or just people who shill search youtube, google. This review is technical. How long will this be in use before entropy AKA Landfill.
