Broken vape customer service no help

Not a good experience at all. After a month the vape started to malfunction, have had the vape for three months now and still can't get any help. I press the button and the vape is heating up then shuts down and doesn't work. Have contacted customer service and have been getting a run around for 2 months. They respond next day or couple of days. I emailed pictures and a video of the issue 10 times and they say they didn't get them. I am stuck with a broken vape and did not get what I paid for. This has been a huge disappointment.

Not good

I was only able to get 3 sessions out of this vape before the battery died. After long hours of charging, the battery is still on low power. I bought a new replacement battery, let it charge for hours, and even the new battery is still on low power. Maybe my device is just faulty. Definitely not a good experience as this was my introduction to dry herb vaping.

Hi Jay, We're currently working on this together but I'll post my response here as well for others who may be having the same experience as you: ------------- Hi Jalen, Larry here. If you haven't done this yet, I'd like you to put your vape on the charger and leave it there for a 4.5-hour conditioning charge, even if your vape indicates that it is fully charged before that time is up. You only need to do this extended charge once. Also, please know that it takes about 3 to 4 full charge cycles for the battery to stabilize and perform up to spec. Also, if you’ve been using a phone brick to charge your vape, try using your computer's USB port instead. After doing the above-mentioned extended charge along with 3 to 4 additional normal charges, please get back to me with the total on-time minutes (heat-up time + vaping time, not the number of sessions) that you get after a full charge before the vape shuts down due to a depleted battery along with the temperature that you are vaping at. All batteries will lose their ability to hold a charge over time, but if it’s operating below normal specs, we will take care of this for you under warranty. Awaiting your response, Larry

Xmax v2 pro

Product does not perform to description. Very limited vape and poor battery life. I read the post to a previous customer and followed the instructions carefully. Returning and taking the $10.00 hit which should not be because of the product poor performance.
