Arizer Solo 2 review & demo
Who's the Arizer Solo 2 for?
The Arizer Solo II is for anyone wanting excellent vapor quality, fast heat up time, long battery life, and full digital control from a portable vaporizer at a reasonable price. It’s perfect for around the house or for on the go sessions where pocketability is not a priority.
The original Solo set the standard for tasty, cool vapor while on the go, and the Solo II keeps it going with its ceramic, stainless steel and glass air path. The taste is pure and the vapor is smooth and cool, just like we’ve come to expect from Arizer.
Fast heat up time
The Solo II gets up to 390° F in just 23 seconds and to top temperature in under 30 seconds. Perfect for a quick session!
Long, long, battery life
The Solo II has one of the longest lasting batteries in a portable vaporizer that we've tested with just shy of 3 hours of battery life. This is about double the battery life that we see from most portables. And if you forget to keep your Solo II charged, it can also be used while plugged in after just 5 or so minutes of charging.
Full digital session control
The Solo II features a digital display with easy to use button controls to customize your vaporizer and personalize your session without the need for an app. We get full digital temperature control, adjustable auto-shutoff timer, adjustable beep notification, brightness control, and a belt-clip carrying case similar to the one that comes with the Arizer Air.
The Solo II comes standard with recessed heat jets in the bowl that allow a little more airflow than the original. Featuring a more powerful heater, the Solo II can keep up with even the strongest inhales and deliver consistent heat.
Arizer designed the Solo II with a slimmer profile in an oval shape that feels much nicer in your hand than the original Solo. While still not quite pocket friendly for most people the included carrying case works well.
The Solo II comes with a 2-year warranty on workmanship and defects, an industry leading 1-year warranty on the battery, and a lifetime warranty on the heating element. Like all of our products, the Solo II is covered by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

Best vaporizer ever
I first bought the air 2 ,and was not satisfied with it Which PLanet of the vapes so generously exchanged to The solo 2 . The solo 2 is a great upgrade and a great vape that produces a lot of vapor. Will definitely recomend the product and buying from Planet Of The Vapes. Than you
Love this vaporizer bought it as a back up but I it has now become my go to vaporizer. Battery life is great! Flavor great! Clouds good! Totally recommend this to anyone looking to purchase a vaporizer!
Not quite as good as the hype.
I really love the ease to clean and the time it takes to heat up. Super easy, super quick. I don’t like that it takes about 4 draws when at desired temp to get vape. Also, after the 4th or 5th use, I now notice I have to draw very very hard even after I ensure it’s clean. Bummer I thought I would like it but I don’t. Hope they will allow a return as I’m close to the 14 day.
Hi Michael, Going to send you out a few tips to help address that air restriction issue. I've also created a service ticket for you to discuss further. The Solo is designed to have a slightly restricted air flow, but it will loosen up after some use. The slight restriction of air flow helps to produce a lot of flavorful vapor with very little effort. You do not need to overwork your lungs -- Easy, long, slow draws will produce the best results. You can increase the air flow by doing the following things: ---Use a medium or coarse grind instead of a fine grind ---Pack the stem more loosely instead of tightly ---When inhaling from the mouthpiece, gently tilt, spin, or lift the stem from the bottom of the bowl Please give the above a shot and let me know in our on-going service ticket how it's going for you. You are still within our 14 Day return window so no problems on that front. Have a great rest of the weekend. Sincerely, Larry
Great value and fast charging
I bought the solo 2 after much research and consideration. It was at the upper end of my price range, and I didnt think any of its shortcomings would be a deal breaker (small bowl, portability, draw resistance..). I almost immediately realized it wasn't going to work out for me. I am done with draw resistance! After using my APX pulsar (amazing value, good little vape) for so long, I just despise draw resistance or any of that jazz. The solo 2 has significant draw resistance, and it gets old. Although people claim it's better than the original in this regard, it was still alot. I ignored the hundreds of good reviews for the mighty, yet I ended up buying one and I couldn't be happier. But the extra $$$?? Try it, and you'll forget how much it was!
Hi Adam, The Arizer portables do have a bit more air restriction than other portable vapes, especially when compared the Mighty or Crafty but here are a few tips to help mitigate that: Easy, long, slow draws will produce the best results. You can increase the air flow by doing the following things: --Use a medium or coarse grind instead of a fine grind --Pack the chamber of the Glass Aroma Tube more loosely instead of tightly --When inhaling from the mouthpiece, you can gently tilt, spin, or lift the Glass Aroma Tube from the bottom of the bowl The above tips should help quite a bit but you'll still end up with more air restriction than either the Mighty or Crafty. With best regards, Larry
I got 2 of these. One was a gift. Got them the same day. Did not open yours but want to return it. I wrote you twice with no response. HELP Bruce Barnett
