DynaVap VapCap Replacement Cap
This cap is the one cap to cover them all. The DynaVap replacement cap is made of medical grade stainless steel, which makes it durable. This component comes with all Dynavap Vapcap units. However, if you have lost it, or if you just want to keep a spare cap, you can always buy one as a replacement part.
Dynavap’s signature cap is designed to “click” once it is heated to the right temperature. It also has the multitasking digger-outter. If you notice the cap clicking twice, don’t worry. That’s normal. If you find that your new cap is loose, simply squeeze it a little to adjust the fit.
The cap doesn’t fit on my dynavap and falls off. I saw someone else posted this issue and someone from potv told them to pinch the end of the cap, which doesn’t actually work. I had to create makeshift divets in the side like the original cap already has. There were also some areas of discoloration as if a torch was already used on it before. The cap works but I wouldn’t buy one from here again
A few things to cover here, Jacob. We get all of our DynaVaps and the associated accessories directly from DyanVap. All of their authorized dealers get this product from the same source. In regards to the discoloration, they are all like that. It is caused by the laser that etches the DynaVap logo onto the cap.. In regards to the loose mouthpiece, check out the following video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vnP21uD0Sss&t=1824s&ab_channel=PlanetOfTheVapes If I can ever be of any further help, please contact me here: https://www.planetofthevapes.com/pages/contact-us With best regards, and please stay safe out there, Larry
I could not use it it was too loose and would slide off. I tried sending a message never heard back.
Hi Tim, We never got that message from you but I am here with you now. In regards to that loose cap, just take it off of your vape and squeeze it between your fingertips for a tighter fit. That should do it. With best regards, Larry
This cap is huge. It fits super loose. It is literally a captive cap without indents. It flies off on the second click, and then again when it cools down. Then as soon as you tilt the tip downwards it slides right off. You might get it to stay on by pinching it, but you literally have to bend it into an oval since this thing is so huge. And it gives you the same wispy hits that the captive cap is famous for. So if you are buying to fix that, your best bet is to just buy the captive. At least you won't have to play fetch. I feel like Dynavap did this on purpose, because prior to purchasing this cap, caps shooting off was really a non-existent problem, rendering the captive cap relatively useless. Especially since it hits like a cap compared to the OG. I'm just mad I'm stuck using this P.O.S since it's now the only cap I have. It sucks so bad I'm about to just not use it and turn my 2020m into a 75$ one-hitter.
Really sorry about this Paul. Looks like you are currently working with Mike in getting you out a captive cap. We'll get this squared away for you. With best regards, Larry
My order didn’t show up. So I called into your office and after a little research. My order was received and in further purchases put my order in mail slaut
I own many dynavaps, around 5.. it’s been my daily driver for over 4 years now. This is the first of 5-6 caps I have bought, but the first time I have ever had a cap fly off the tip after clicking. It is the loosest cap I have ever seen, if you put it on and turn the stem upside down, it falls right off. It’s that big.
Hi Deborah, Take the cap off of your DynaVap and squeeze it between your fingers for a tighter fit. Regards, Larry
