We never heard back from you. He then sent you a follow-up on Friday. These may have gone into your spam folder. I'll repost here what he sent you in the hopes that you receive this: ------------------------ Hi David, I hope this email finds you well. Miguel here. I am sorry to hear about the issues you have been experiencing with your device. Let's see if a bit of troubleshooting can assess this issue. You may have already gone over some of these steps, but they may help assess the current issue. If I may, are you using it in session or on-demand mode? I find the best vapor production when I grind my herbs to a medium-coarse grind and set the temperature dial to 5 but no more than 8. When you turn the device on, do you hear a buzz or hum? The Tinymight 2 has updated charging electronics. It allows very fast and efficient charging with much less wasted energy using USB-C. It is designed to work with almost any possible adaptor, including USB ports of computers, power banks, car chargers, USB PD high-speed chargers, and Quick Charge compatible chargers. It adapts the charge speed automatically to get the best out of the source. If the vape is not charging, it can be because the battery is too full. The Tinymight 2 requires battery voltage to drop until it allows a new charging cycle to begin. Can you please ensure that your battery is drained? Another thing you want to ensure is that the battery lid is securely screwed on, as a loose connection can be the culprit here.
