If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and placed and received your order between March 27th and April 26th, you will have to reach out to us and initiate a return for an exchange, store credit, or a refund!

Please know that for any return that is a refund, there will be a $10 restocking fee and $10 shipping fee which will be deducted from your final refund.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can return your vaporizer, even if used, for a full refund, store credit, or for an exchange to an entirely different vaporizer if you contact us within 14 days after your order was delivered.

As with all of our vapes, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to try your vape, and if you’re not satisfied with it, you can return it for a refund, store credit, or exchange it for a totally different vape. Any accessories that have been used with the bundle can also be returned, but only with the vaporizer. We do not accept used accessories that are returned on their own. Your items are also eligible to be returned through our 30-day policy if they are unused and unopened.

It’s the only way to honestly know if you like it! We want you to be more than happy with your purchase from Planet of the Vapes.

We gladly accept returns for used vaporizers, and we can also process returns for used accessories if they are being returned alongside your vaporizer. However, please note that we cannot accept returns for used accessories if they are returned independently.

While the 420 Season is wonderful, the volume of packages can also cause delays in scanning your shipment. Currently, shipping carriers are taking longer to activate and update tracking numbers.

The e-mail you received with the tracking number was generated after the label was created. Rest assured that your package is on its way. We appreciate your patience - please allow another 24-48 business hours for the tracking to be active.

There are also rare scenarios where your package may be delivered before receiving any shipping updates.

We are shipping all orders via USPS. Packages generally arrive within 5 business days, but we are not responsible for carrier delays.

If you paid extra for shipping and your package does not arrive within the guaranteed time frame, we will issue you a shipping refund.

We strive to ship all orders received before 1 PM (EST) the same day. We ship from our warehouses in PA and NV and depending on our inventory, we ship from the closest location to you. Orders not shipped the same day will be shipped the following (business) day. We will contact you if, for some reason, there are any delays.

We ship week days, Monday-Friday. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday or on any USPS holidays. Orders received after 1 PM Friday - Sunday will ship on the following Monday unless it’s a holiday.
